2025 MBC QGSSSA Swimming & Water Polo Camp
21,22,23 January 2025The annual swimming camp is an essential part of preparation for girls who are interested in trying out for the 2025 QGSSSA Swimming Team. All swimmers in years 7-12 (in 2025) should be attending. The camp will involve pool swimming, beach visits and a range of other activities.
Similar to previous years, the 2025 camp will facilitate swimmers to participate in “day trips”.
An example of a typical day has been provided below.
The cost of the camp this year is $350.00 (+gst); this includes food, transport, activities, and MBC Swim Team Uniform. Swimmers new to MBC Swimming, will need to purchase the MBC togs from the College uniform shop, to use for training throughout the season.
6:30am – arrive at MBC
6:35am – Group activation activity
7:30am – Swimming Session #1
9:00am – Breakfast (likely support group)
9:45am – Bus departs for Sunshine Coast
11:00am – Group Activity
12:30pm – Lunch
1:00pm – Group Activity
2:00pm – Swimming Session #2
3:30pm – Bus departs for MBC
5:00pm – Parents pick-up
